Continue with the Wendler protocol. This week is 70%x3, 80%x3, 90%x3+ on the strength portion of the workout.
1. Bench Press
warmup, 70%x3, 80%x3, 90%x3+, 90%x3
2. 16 Rep Max Bench Press
3. Short WOD
Come up with something on the fly that involves more pressing and leg work.
