  3. Worked from 105# to 135# on the snatch sequence.
    Strength felt good on squats, hung out around 215#.

    We modified "Framanda" a little to minimize traffic on the pullup bar for 6 guys.
    for time...
    15 thrusters, 5 muscle ups, 15 kbs
    9 thrusters, 3 muscle ups, 9 kbs
    5 thrusters, 1 muscle ups, 5 kbs
