Conditioning

  200m run
  14 Wall Balls 20/14#
  Rest 1:1


All WB are meant to be UB.

    Did 0.13 miles per round on treadmill
    Used 20# DBs for thrusters in place of WBS
    Was painful
    Rested full minute between each round as rx'd
