Warm up Stretch Run 400m 10 squats 10 hand raise pushups 1 minute of pass throughs with PVC pipe 2 rounds of 5 Overhead Squats (OHS) 5 Kettlebell swings (KBS)
WOD 8 rounds for time of Run 200m 10 OHS (75#) 10 KBS (45#)
36:40 - had major lower back tightness so I had to stretch after rounds 6 and 7 in order to continue.
