   5 strict pull ups
   10 hand raise push ups
   15 squats

WOD
Max Pull Ups - jump on the bar and don't let go until you can't do anymore pull ups
Bench Press: 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1
Squat Clean: 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1
Front Squat: 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1
