Warm-up
Stretch
Run 400m outside
2 rounds of
    10 squats
    10 DB push press

Find WOD weight and work on dumbbell thruster form

WOD
For time do:
100 DB Thrusters
Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) stop to do 5 burpees until finished with thrusters

Buy out: Run 0.5 mile outside
